Great Experience with Merit

I had a great experience with Merit. My wife and I had major leaking issues and shopped around a few different people. Communication was excellent and end result waI believe Brandon owns this company, and Jack, his friend and partner, specializes in copper roofing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Brandon on a weekend, when I was extremely frustrated with a persistent leak in my home. By process of elimination, he determined that the roof leak had been repaired, but the water now coming down from the window frame was coming from the gutter nearby. Immediately, he provided me with the contact information of the gentleman he works with, and I'm hopeful that the issue will be resolved soon.
